5. File Uploads and Technical Documents

You are responsible for ensuring that any files, drawings, BOM lists, Gerber files, technical documents, or other materials you submit are accurate, complete, and authorized for submission.

By submitting files or technical information to PCBArise Electronics, you confirm that:

• You have the right to provide such information
• The submitted information does not violate third-party intellectual property rights
• The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• The files are free from malware, viruses, or harmful code

PCBArise Electronics will use submitted files and technical information for quotation, engineering review, sourcing evaluation, manufacturing evaluation, order processing, quality control, and customer communication.

6. Confidentiality

We understand that PCB, PCBA, BOM, Gerber, and other technical files may contain confidential business or engineering information.

PCBArise Electronics takes reasonable measures to protect submitted project information and restrict access to authorized personnel or trusted partners involved in quotation, sourcing, manufacturing, testing, quality control, logistics, or customer support.

If your project requires additional confidentiality protection, such as a Non-Disclosure Agreement, please contact us before submitting sensitive documents.

7. Orders and Production

Order acceptance, production scheduling, pricing, delivery time, quality requirements, testing standards, payment terms, and shipping arrangements are subject to written confirmation between PCBArise Electronics and the customer.

Production may begin only after required files, specifications, payment arrangements, technical confirmations, and order details are approved.

PCBArise Electronics is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete files, inaccurate specifications, late customer confirmation, component shortages, customs issues, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Component Sourcing

For turnkey PCB assembly projects, PCBArise Electronics may provide component sourcing support based on the BOM list and project requirements provided by the customer.

Component availability, pricing, lead time, lifecycle status, and substitute options may change due to market conditions.

If original parts are unavailable or unsuitable, PCBArise Electronics may suggest alternatives. Customer approval may be required before using alternative components.

The customer is responsible for confirming whether selected components meet the functional, regulatory, safety, and end-use requirements of the final product.

9. Engineering Review and Technical Suggestions

PCBArise Electronics may provide DFM review, BOM review, manufacturability suggestions, material recommendations, or technical feedback based on submitted project information.

Such feedback is provided to support manufacturing review and quotation preparation. It should not be considered as final product design approval, regulatory certification, safety verification, or engineering responsibility for the customer’s final product.

The customer remains responsible for final product design, function, compliance, safety, testing, and market requirements.

10. Quality Control and Testing

PCBArise Electronics may provide inspection and testing services such as AOI, 3D SPI, X-Ray inspection, electrical testing, ICT, FCT, functional testing, final visual inspection, and traceability support depending on project requirements.

The exact quality standards, inspection methods, testing scope, acceptance criteria, and documentation requirements should be confirmed before production.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard inspection and testing will be performed according to PCBArise Electronics’ applicable manufacturing and quality control processes.

11. Lead Time and Delivery

Lead times shown on our website or provided during communication are estimates unless confirmed in a formal quotation or order agreement.

Actual lead time may be affected by:

• PCB complexity
• Layer count
• Material availability
• Component availability
• Quantity
• Surface finish
• Testing requirements
• Engineering confirmation
• Production schedule
• Shipping method

• Force majeure events

PCBArise Electronics is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All intellectual property rights in the designs, files, drawings, specifications, BOMs, and technical documents submitted by the customer remain with the customer or the rightful owner.

PCBArise Electronics does not claim ownership of customer-submitted project files.

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, layouts, images, icons, service descriptions, and other materials, belongs to PCBArise Electronics or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

14. Limitation of Liability
